Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the Mandarin Oriental Macau was a true delight. The rooms were perfect with ample space, a nice and comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom. The service was exceptional, reflecting the Mandarin Oriental standard of unparalleled hospitality. While the view from the corner room was nice, it lacked the 'wow' factor of other properties. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and fantastic dining options. The dining experience was excellent, especially for larger groups. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable stay with outstanding service.
Arriving at the hotel directly from the ferry terminal was a seamless experience that led us to the impressive Presidential Suite. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent stay. The service was hospitable and attentive, making our interactions delightful. The location, close to major attractions and with a convenient connection to a luxurious Shopping Mall and a casino, offered a blend of convenience and luxury. Dining options were varied and satisfying, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms were well decorated, spacious, and superbly comfortable, offering a great view of the bridges, Macau tower, and Penha Hill Chapel. However, the room had a really stinky odor upon arrival, which was quite off-putting.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the friendly staff and the comfortable Waterfront Suite with a delightful view of the fireworks. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, but the employees were attentive and helpful throughout. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the outer harbor and key attractions in Macau. The dining experience was fantastic, with a diverse menu and fresh, healthy options. The facilities were top-notch, particularly the gym and swimming pool.
